InteinFinder Command Line Interface

InteinFinder's command line interface is very simple. There is only one required argument and two options.

Required arguments

  • config.toml: the config file in TOML format

Options

  • --help: display the help screen/man page
  • --version: display version of the InteinFinder pipeline
